For 51 years, the Ontario Pork Congress continues to evolve and provide value to the Canadian Pork industry. This pork specific tradeshow and event is held annually in Stratford Ontario every June and is attended by pork producers, agribusiness professionals and people interested in the food industry.

Gillian Greaves is a city girl, born and raised. But that didn’t stop her from joining 4H and pursuing her passion in agriculture. Gillian is now Research and Production Technician at Southwest Vets, Chair of the Ontario Junior Swine Show and Promotions Chair of the Ontario Pork Congress.

The Ontario Pork Congress is a celebration of the industry that gives us bacon! Chris Crump is this year’s OPC President and has spent 35 years probing, measuring and testing pigs all in pursuit of a better pork chop.
