The 53rd Annual Ontario Pork Congress was another tremendous success, as pork producers, barn workers and other industry members gathered for the two-day trade show and exhibition.

OPC remains one of Canada’s largest pork industry gatherings, offering a unique blend of education, networking, industry innovation and pork-focused food and entertainment.

Among this year’s highlights was the Bacon Maker Classic. Open to competitors aged 9 to 21, this annual youth swine show continues to be one of the most popular events at the OPC.

The Bacon Maker Classic remains a strong reminder, of just how important the next generation is, to the future and success of the pork industry.
